From childhood dreams to delicious reality
Growing up, I always loved to bake. Ever since I could hold a spoon in my hand and stir, I helped make cakes, brownies, cookies and anything else delicious I could come up with. That childhood joy ignited a lifelong passion that eventually led to the creation of Silver Star Desserts and Pastries. It’s where my journey with flour, sugar, and endless creativity truly began.
Expertise and innovation in every bite
What makes my desserts unique? I like to think of it as a blend of formal training and a constant desire to innovate. I studied Culinary Arts in high school, graduating with a diploma focused on this craft. My education continued with Baking and Pastry Arts in college, and I've honed my skills working in various kitchens as a cook and pastry chef. Currently, I am studying nutrition science, aiming to create health-forward yet incredibly tasty treats that you can feel good about enjoying.
